◆写真画像の加工有無に関わらず、印刷して販売したり、出版すること
◆写真画像の加工有無に関わらず、自分の作品や商品として発表、販売すること
◆写真画像の加工有無に関わらず、素材として販売すること
◆公序良俗に反する使用をすること

※以上の禁止事項に違反された場合は、
事由に関わらず違約金をご請求させていただきます。

- Printing and selling, or publishing the photo images, regardless of whether they are edited or not
- Presenting or selling the photo images as one's own work or product, regardless of whether they are edited or not
- Selling the photo images as materials, regardless of whether they are edited or not
- Using the photo images in a manner that violates public order and morals

* If any of the above prohibited activities are violated,
we reserve the right to charge a penalty regardless of the reason.
